To make HotListPro Directory as useful for our users as possible, Please follow Submission Guidelines for our directory.

Please do not abuse this service, any links that are not following the our regulations will be rejected and deleted.

- Do not submit sites with pop-up windows that interfere with viewing the main content of the site.
- Do not submit mirror sites that have the same content, but different URLs.
- Do not submit sites that are under construction. Make sure that all images and links on your site work properly.
- Do not submit sites that redirect visitors to another site.

- Do not submit sites containing libel, child pornography, materials violating the copyright.
- Do not submit sites containing the propaganda of violence, hatred or fraud.
- Do not submit sites selling or advertising weapons, drugs and other illegal products.
- Do not submit sites that promote SPAM.
- Do not submit sites intended only for excessive advertising or affiliate sites with no real content.
- Do not submit sites submitted through automatic submissions.
- Do not submit Non-English sites.

- Do not expand your listing title more then 40 characters.
- Do not expand your listing description more then 700 characters.
- Do not submit sites under inappropriate category. Identify the single best category for your site as Sites submitted to inappropriate or unrelated categories may be rejected or moved.
- One submission per site, no sub directories please
- Don’t use promotional language in the title/description eg. “The Best ….”
- Don’t use all capital letters in the title or description
- Make sure your description is meaningful, correctly spell and not just a list of keywords
- Take time to write a good quality and unique description. Submissions that contain errors, bad grammar will be deleted or will delay approval.
- Do yourself a favor and provide a unique description. Your link and future PR of the page where it will be listed will only benefit from it.
- Our editors reserve the right to make any changes to the title, description or keywords of your submitted link and move it to a more appropriate category or sub-category without notice.
- Your site may be blocked or removed from our directory without prior notification if it violates the above conditions.
